How billing works.

- INVOICES
- Issued by email with a secure payment link. Payment due within 7 days unless your proposal says otherwise.
- FIXED SCOPE
- Billed per milestone as set out in your signed proposal, typically including an upfront deposit.
- HOURLY
- Billed monthly in arrears for time tracked, with an itemized report.
- RETAINER
- Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days' written notice; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how the final month is billed.
- PRODUCTS
- We are preparing our first software products (web-based tools and apps, including AI-powered ones); they are not yet available for purchase. When launched, they will be sold as one-time purchases or monthly/annual subscriptions starting at $5. Each product page and the checkout will show the exact price, billing period and what is included. Access is delivered electronically right after payment (account activation, license key or download link); no physical goods are shipped. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
